《爆裂都市》讲述一个荒芜的未来世界，遍布高速公路和废墟的东京。一群粗暴的朋克乐队成员，连同他们的歌迷聚在一起抗议政府建设核电站，防暴警察和工厂主的黑社会同伙很快对他们进行驱赶。然而，两个身穿铠甲、骑着摩托车的神秘人的到来，以及在核电站建设人员中爆发的骚动造成一个逐渐失控的局面。

Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...
